La biodansa, creada per Rolando Toro, és una tècnica que fa servir la música, el moviment i el grup per ajudar a integrar-nos i a integrar les nostres experiències des d'una pràctica alhora profunda, lúdica i íntima. No cal cap experiència prèvia amb la dansa.
